The primary responsibility for the Account Manager is to "service and grow assigned or existing" member-clients. This is to be achieved while pursuing (a) financial objectives, like steady growth, profitability and cash-flow; and (b) strategic objectives, to position GLESEC as the client's preferred Security Partner. This partnership involves the company's collaboration with the client in establishing an information security strategy, the use of the company's products and services and any service that will provide on-going recurring revenue.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or account management of IT security technology
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong Computer Skills and Project Management skills
  • Experience with sales automation and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills

The Pre/Post Sales Engineer provides technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales engagements to ensure that GLESEC solutions are designed, implemented, and supported effectively. This role bridges technical and business requirements and works closely with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in pre-sales solution design, including technical presentations and proposals
  • Support post-sales deployment and ensure successful client onboarding
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and ongoing support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 2+ years technical experience in cybersecurity or IT
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Knowledge of security technologies, cloud platforms, and solution deployment
