The overall responsibility for the Sales Consultant is to “acquire new clients” as well as to “service assigned or existing” clients in the specified territory. This is achieved while pursuing (a) financial objectives, like steady growth, profitability and cash-flow; and (b) strategic objectives, to position GLESEC as the client’s preferred Security Partner and substantially providing a consultative service to prospects and clients in determining the best solution to their information security needs and matching the same with GLESEC services and products. Qualifications
The Sales Consultant will have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales of IT security technology, understanding of risk-management methodology, experience selling intangible services plus excellent communication and sales skills. The security technologies should include at least one of the following: firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, anti-virus and content security, VPN, PKI. The Senior Sales Consultant should also have strong Computer Skills such as the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio) and for sales information ACT.

The overall responsibility of the Security Consultant is to maintain, grow and develop the company clients’, resources and technologies in the area of security by providing excellence in security advice to clients’ and the company. Duties include pre-sales and post-sales activities, including but not limited to conducting security assessments, conducting security technology evaluations, gathering of client information, conducting security policy recommendations and development, conducting security architecture assessments, recommendations and detailed proposals and presenting these along with reports to internal as well as external clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications
The Security Consultant must be able to clearly communicate information security and technology issues to all levels of client and internal staff, on both a formal and informal basis. Additional requirements include client focus, industry savvy and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. The security consultant should have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years experience in systems, with knowledge in network protocols (NT/Unix), knowledge of routers, firewalls, and other security associated network hardware/software. Person should be familiar and have experience in Windows NT, Unix, Linux, and Solaris. The Security Consultant should be experienced in shell scripting, vulnerability analysis methods/tools, conversant on emergent vulnerability assessment technologies.

GOE – Global Operations Engineer – Operations Center
Reporting to the GOC Supervisor, the GOC Engineer Level 1/2/3/4 has as primary responsibilities the operation of all the systems that support the external and internal services of the company. The level of knowledge and experience determine the level of responsibility in managing the systems. Duties include monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, communications (with clients, internally and technology partners), handling internal procedures (change management, incident response, escalation, others).
Qualifications
The GOC Engineer needs to be a certified Engineer (or equivalent experience). A Level 1 must also be strong in WAN, LAN, TCP/IP and User level for Unix OS and Microsoft Windows OS. A Level 2 must be Check Point certified (CCSA and CCSE), know how to configure routers and have 1 year of experience in operations in addition to Level 1 experience. A Level 3 must have one year as Level 2. A Level 4 must have one year of experience as Level 3 plus strong understanding of information security. Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement.

The overall responsibility for this position is to promote and sell the products and services of GLESEC with outmost professionalism and customer-service orientation on the phone and on the Internet and support the Sales Consultants that are in the field. This includes receiving calls from clients and prospects and making calls to clients and prospects, maintaining the client databases up to date, reporting on results of daily activity and special marketing initiatives and staying up to date with the GLESEC product and service offerings.
Qualifications
Position requires minimum of one year of sales experience in a telemarketing capacity. Experience of Internet security products a big plus. The individual has to have knowledge of Internet email, browsers and computer applications such as the suite of Microsoft Office. Position requires self-motivated, creative, problem-solving, self-directing and team oriented individual, with the ability to perform with minimal supervision. Office Assistant
Reporting to the Office Manager (and in his/her absence to the Controller or to the CEO), the Office Assistant is responsible for the day to day administrative tasks of the office, including personnel attendance, human-resources records, book-keeping, vendors management, logistics for importation of products (as necessary) and exports of products (as necessary), managing petty-cash, ordering of supplies, and smooth operation of the activities of the office.
Qualifications
Good interpersonal skills. Two years of Human Resource experience. One year of Book-Keeping experience. The candidate must be computer literate, namely PC and / or Macintosh, Microsoft Word, Excell, Outlook or equivalent, Email and PowerPoint a plus.
