The GLESEC SMB services are designed to secure small business against hackers, worms, viruses and provide web content filtering service. The solution includes gateway and host-based products and is offered along with service options as described below.

The SMB solution is offered based on the number of users in the organization, namely: 10, 25, 50 and 100. Thus the service is the SMB-10, SMB-25, SMB-50 and SMB-100.

The solution only needs one appliance to be complete, therefore the complete solution includes: Firewall Appliance plus SMB solution. The SMB solution includes the remaining security products and licenses and the on-going service.

There are two options for service, namely SSP and MSS. The SSP also known as Security Support Program is a subset of the MSS or Managed Security Service. The following table outlines the differences between each.
